DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Plan, Coordinate and monitor all transactions through the HRMS, including GPA validation, and to ensure that the GPAs are in accordance with approvals and policies.
2 Monitor and ensure that for every activity that has an impact on the payroll, a GPA is initiated and
approved. Being the focal point for HRMS, ensure that all GPAs recieved for approval are cross checked . Also ensure that all data entered vide GPA relating personal information are supported by adequate documents
3 Direct, control & be responsible for the data integrity and accuracy in HRMS. Will ensure that every element getting reflected in the Peoplesoft for any employee working in the company is accurate.
4 Coordinate and work with O D Manager and Region HRMS team to implement various sub modules of the Peoplesoft, from time to time.
5 Ensure that every new module as well as changes in the Peoplesoft system is implemented after due training to HR team members
6 Plan and coordinate to have regular visits to every department head and cross check the data for accuracy as well as for any updation on reporting relations ships etc.
7 Coordinate and carry out periodic reconciliation of the HRMS data with that of SAGE Payroll systems, at a frequency not less than once in a quarter
8 Develop monthly reports from out of Peoplesoft as required by OD Manager.

3- Issuing work attestations, warnings, decisions &
4- Updating employees personal files
1- Coordinating between the subcontractors in mater of the delay needs of operation.
2- Checking and approving invoices.
3- Scheduling the crew change in coordination with travel team.
4- Follow up of attendance.
