Functional tasks:
Work closely with school administration to ensure adequate classroom availability and safety for classes.
Manage classroom scheduling including life skills and PSS sessions and ensure correct documentation for all classrooms, including not limited to attendance, academic performance, etc. o Facilitate administrative aspects of contracting and payments for teachers and related personnel for the Remedial Education of the program.
Follow up with lesson plan development based on Ministry of Education curriculum and assist with coordinating classes in different subjects.
work closely with Directorates of Education and school principals regarding the establishment of Multi-Purpose learning rooms based on the schools needs assessment.
Managing materials support to RE students including the distribution of student kit and transportation.
Facilitate conducting training workshops to RE teachers, school teachers, community mobilizers, PSS facilitators and life skills coaches.
(RAMP Trainer) Reading And Mathematics Program.
(LQAS Trainer) Lot Quality Assurance Sampling.
Develop evidence based training frameworks, technical guidance and development of activity design(s).
Ensure the completion of timely weekly and quality reports as required internally and externally.
Participation in preparing training plans for all programs.
Preparation and development of training materials, plans and programs in projects.
Providing advice on the development, plans, programs and work.
Designing projects, training programs and to determine the priorities of the necessary human resources and technical equipment they need.
Proposing the necessary scientific material for the various activities of training programs, whether by preparing or getting them from other sources.
Follow-up of the training programs, making an evaluation studies about it and writing reports.
Documentation of programs, training courses and extraction of annual statistics on training activities.
Supervise and mentor teachers assistants who work with students with disabilities.
Assess students’ skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plans.
Update IEPs throughout the school year to reflect students’ progress and goals.
Discuss student’s progress with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators.
