Experienced Business analyst in Telecom product & services with excellent knowledge in technical & commercial scope with following duties:
1- Elicit requirements from different stakeholders and analyse them in order to deliver the optimum solution for our customers and to the marketing team.
2- Model & document requirements in manner to be understandable for IT & technical teams and to be used as product manual and as reference .
3- Working side by side with various IT teams to have the full cycle of implementation/ integration of services and launch it on different channels (Apps, Websites, CRM, Mobile lines)
4- Perform testing from end-users & customers perspective and troubleshooting the complaints.
5- hold meeting with stakeholders to brainstorm innovative ideas, services and new solutions.
6- Works with external vendors and analogous companies to obtain additional insights, approaches, and demonstrations of solutions
My role was to be the first line of defense by monitoring following elements
- 2G, 3G, 4G RF, Core elements & IT servers
- Routers and switches and international links
- Fibers, microwaves and enterprise customers
- Keep eyes on network behavior and performance in normal and events situations
- Reporting Alarms to Related team and communication with ISP and Carrier
- prepare daily analysis to report all statistics on daily basis
