• Involved in reviewing, negotiating and advising on various commercial agreements, contracts & litigation matters.
• Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts.
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Advise executives on contract status, legal risks and business terms of various deals.
• Provides legal advice in a variety of areas of business law, including employment law, wage and overtime law, labor law, licensing and administrative law.
• Prepare legal documents for the business, which include employment contracts, written agreements between the company and its clients, merger and acquisition contracts and reorganization paperwork.
• Responsible for the management of Commercial Contracts.
• Assisting with the completion of Confidentiality Agreements.
• Explain legal language.

• Assisting clients in every appropriate way, and taking legal action to protect their interests.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.
• Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
• To conduct legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
• To assist in reviewing the legal material and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on a priority basis.

• Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations.
• Provides internal legal advisory services on legal matters related to Joint Venture, mergers, registration of new products etc.
• Works on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, issue necessary documents to meet the requirements of multinational laws & maintain the International companies correct legal position.
• Maintains custody of legal documents to ensure copyright handling.
• Assists HR on revising employment contracts to facilitate the recruitment or dismissed of employees and to insure its conformity to Labor Laws.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists.
• Provide legal advice and support to legal issues.
• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.

• Provide the legal field with a wide range of services.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Act as agent, trustee, guardian, or executor for businesses or individuals.
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Providing secretarial & paralegal support to a team of solicitors.
• Search for and examine public and other legal records to write opinions or establish ownership.
• Research unique legal issues impacting the organization by identifying applicable statutes, judicial decisions, and codes.
