• Implementing Globitel CLI_Screening at Zain/Jordan.
• On site implementation and training for ITS (Intelligent Traffic Steering) at Pakistan/Warid.
• Troubleshooting problems, answering customer queries, handling configuration requests and installing software updates.
• Excellent use for Sql Database different versions(2000, 2005, 2008, 2012), administration and scripting
