• On site implementation and training for ITS (Intelligent Traffic Steering) and RS (Roam Salute) at Ooredoo Oman. High challenge related to full site redundancy and full automated resource transfer.

• Troubleshooting problems, answering customer queries, handling configuration requests and installing software updates.
• Excellent use for Sql Database different versions(2000, 2005, 2008, 2012), administration and scripting
