• Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions or work practices.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training to workers and contractors on safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, prepare reports, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation.
• Support development and practice of emergency response plans, including drills and fire safety measures.
• Coordinate with site leadership on readiness for unplanned events.
• Work closely with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and HSE teams to ensure safety is integrated into daily operations.

• Ensure inspections comply with international standards (ISO, ASME, API, AWS, OSHA).
• Verify inspection procedures for lifting equipment, pressure vessels, scaffolding, cranes, and heavy machinery.
• Review and validate inspection reports, checklists, and certificates before submission to clients.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of inspection tools and testing equipment.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Conduct safety training programs for inspectors, operators, and technicians.
• Deliver training on:
1. Work at height
2. Lifting & rigging safety
3. Confined space entry
4. Fire safety
5. PPE usage
6. Hazard identification (HIRA/JSA)
• Ensure activities comply with client safety standards (Aramco, SABIC, NEOM, Royal Commission).
• Prepare and maintain training records, competency matrices, and certifications.
• Conduct site inspections and safety observations during inspection activities.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions.

• Implement and enforce company HSE policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Identify hazards related to process units, reactors, pipelines, pressure vessels, and rotating equipment.
• Issue and monitor Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space, Excavation, and Electrical permits.

• Continuously monitor critical activities on site.
• Conduct routine plant inspections and safety walkthroughs.

• Ensure proper selection and use of PPE such as FR coveralls, gas masks, SCBA and chemical resistant gloves.

• Ensure proper machine guarding, interlocks, emergency stops, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Control fire risks related to flammable materials and plastic dust.
• Ensure availability and inspection of firefighting equipment.
• Conduct emergency drills, evacuation plans, and fire safety training.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training.
• Promote a strong safety culture among operators and supervisors.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.
• Monitor proper disposal of plastic waste, scrap materials, and chemical waste.

• Supervise and guide technicians and mechanics involved in refrigerator/freezer repair and servicing.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Ensure technicians follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of commercial ice cream freezers, chillers, and display refrigerators.
• Diagnose faults related to compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, thermostats, and control systems.
• Ensure correct temperature control to maintain ice cream quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure proper electrical and mechanical connections, refrigerant charging, and performance testing.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
• Enforce safety procedures related to refrigeration work, including electrical safety and refrigerant handling.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for refrigerants (e.g., gas recovery and leak control).
• Promote proper use of PPE among technicians.
• Verify that repaired units meet Wall’s operational and quality standards.
• Handle complex technical issues and support technicians in advanced troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and field service teams.
• Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and performance summaries.
• Support audits and inspections when required.
