➢Lead planning related activities throughout the Project Management & Construction Department
➢Develop Master Program, Budget, and Cash flow for Multibillion $ Portfolio Capital Program
➢Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports to HMC Management / Ministry of Public Health.
➢Prepare Presentations, KPIs and Dashboards and report to HMC Management through PMWeb and other platforms
➢Prepare and issue monthly reports to the HFD Management including status of the project, Time and Cost reports, Earned Value Analysis, Critical issues, etc.

➢Implement HFD Gateway Procedures throughout Project Life Cycle
➢Implement PMC's planning and scheduling related processes and procedures, workflows; develop progress measurement systems, KPIs, planning package formats.
➢Monitor project progress with site team and reporting to key stakeholders on a weekly basis, review the need of revisions or recovery programs, review Contractors and Consultants reports
➢Perform Delay Analysis, review cost prolongation claims and Extension of Time (EOT)
➢Analyze time impact of new changes to project program prior to decision making
➢Plan, monitor and achieve completion of COVID-19 related projects and projects in live/operational hospitals with strict deadlines
Supervised employees and all mechanical and workshop aspects of the business
➢Utilized social media to stay in touch with existing clients and interest prospects
➢Provided daily and monthly status reports to management
