 Maintaining complete DATA base of more than 700 staff of SOHO, VIP and Support Segment.
 Leading of team of 3 staff and utilizing their potential for the smooth functioning of departments.
 Preparing Productivity Dashboard through DAC for executive management.
 Updating system used for the record keeping.
 Monitoring productivity of staff and reporting it to higher management for their action.
 Maintaining records of all the document related to the staff.
 Maintaining Data Base for all the Direct Sales Outsourced employees of GINCH (2011 till March 2012).
 Creating payrolls based on attendance provided by the managers.
 Following and confirming the desired approvals from Finance.
 Was acting as SPOC between GINCH and Mobily Management. (2011 till March 2012).
 Acting as focal spoc for the departments with NCBS (Mobily sister concern)
 Providing attendance of all the staff on monthly basis by fetching report from RCS system.
