Primary responsibilities
• Creating Test Plans based on functional Testing and non-functional requirements, technical specifications and customer feedback
• Execute Regression, Functional and Compliance Test packs prior to the release and ensure the quality of the product
• Working closely with various teams including Application Development, Business Analyst & Operate
• Participating in solution design and ensuring testability of functions and applications.
• Identify areas for improvement in efficiency, test cycles, and test automation, and recommend solutions.
• Interface with senior management and Business to report on project and program milestones
• Work with software developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
• Write and maintain user guides and other client communication
• Coordinating with development team to trace requirements and ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinating with System analysis to ensure requirements validity
• Coordinating with project managers to set projects plans and define (priorities & risks)
