• Followed up Manual Procedure for overhauling rotating equipment such as horizontal centrifugal pump and gear pump.
• Prepared general work permit at site.
• Issued weekly training report about (PPE, Scaffolding, fire damage, OH6 overhauling, Gear pump
overhauling, mechanical seal, Heat exchanger) including writing case study for centrifugal pump.
• Involved with Elastomer Department in protective and corrective maintenance, also troubleshooting
activities.
• Built materials take off sheet of structural plywood sheets & wood.
• Made materials take off sheet of structural steel beams and sealing.
• Estimated materials take off sheet of tiles & concrete block.
• Calculated materials take off sheet of plumbers.
• Prepared materials take off sheet of power & lighting.
• Negotiated price sub-contract agreements regarding to the finishing work such as wall, tiles, concrete block & plastering works
• Input incomes and expenses data in daily base.
• Prepared weekly financial report.
