Qatar Red Crescent Medical Affairs is tracking the worker health file as partner with MOPH with around 50, 000 patients yearly and more than 1, 000 staff in order to enhance all medical service to him which are including all medical health centers.
Leads the technical part of the tendering process for the end-state operators in coordination with the procurement team during the Preparation, Clarification and Evaluation phases. Develop and manage Facility operating & new project budgets for the assigned portfolio, proactively track variances and manage within target of agreed budgets, identifying efficiencies and savings where possible. Supports & deployment of strategies to restore & recover services affected by operational. Incidents, related to facilities, bad weather, staff shortages or equipment failure, and acts as a focal point within Service Delivery in incident management and liaises with the emergency services and agencies for assistance. Best practice and relevant laws and regulations applicable in the state of Qatar. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environment and risk management policies and procedures. Manage the Facilities Management activities such as - health and safety compliance, security, Maintenance, housing services, building management services, housekeeping, grounds and recreational facilities and all aspects of soft facilities services such as parking, catering, cleaning and waste management. Lead the development and maintenance of facilities services to support the various departments by overseeing the monitor log and guide the team in providing quality service to employees and attending to employee complaints. Overseeing and monitoring the management of accommodation and housing services, building
Maintenance, refurbishment, alterations, ground maintenance, mechanical and Electrical maintenance and site surveys. Guide the team with maintenance and repair operations for the facilities, this will cover Preventative maintenance, on-call repair services, projects and the work of contractors. Maintain a professional working relationship with all stakeholders and collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure vendors and third-party providers adhere to service standards, quality, and contractual agreements. Tracking all activities related to new project from starting executed till handover & operation. Follow and issuance all documents or papers with governance as Baladia, QCDD & MOI. Contribute in the policy development initiatives for Facilities Management Department and monitor the implementation of Facilities Management Departments procedures and processes. Provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates to contribute to the development of employees and must have excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, delegation and communications skills as well as the ability to act as a mentor to team members. Ensure that all activities meet and integrate with the organizational requirements for quality management, Health and Safety, legal and statutory requirements and general duty of care. Identify opportunities to optimize contract profitability through advising on key inputs. Advise on the viability of existing contracts and take pre-emptive measures to maximize opportunity to renew contract on expiry. Follow & Manage the fleet (200 Vehicles) and tracking all daily Maintenance issues to keep our fleet healthy and ready for any emergency response. Review the Monthly MIS and P&L to be discussed with Finance & Management.
