✓Handle the factory measures reporting and submission ensuring the alignment between all different factory departments
✓ Facilitate the activities between the different departments through conducting the different Operation Reviews and ensure having common language between all parties
✓ Prepare competency and skill matrices for different departments
✓ Prepare Training Plan based on needs and gaps
✓ Organize the factory Training agenda and monitor the output of the training sessions
✓ Set three years OMP (Operational Master Plan) aligned with business priorities
✓ Lead and Manage the Factory Continuous Improvement & Productivity Savings Agenda (OpEx Savings)
✓ Coach the different factory Opeartion Reviews (Meetings) to ensure having the optimum output and a relevant Preventive and Corrective action for each issue
✓ Lead factory team to develop Performance Measures aligned with business to be cascaded to all factory operational reviews based on the main KPIs
✓ Coach and lead Problem Solving projects
✓ Lead advanced Problem Solving teams as assigned (DMAIC)
✓ Participate as a member in the factory Leadership team
✓ Facilitating the project prioritization and selection process at the factory level linked with business through tools such as Loss Tree Analysis (LTA) and Identify, Prioritize and Assign (IPA)
Set a yearly plan based on the sales forecast
Cascade the production plan for weekly schedules based on dynamic forecast and seasoning along with Sales department
Monitor the execution of the production plan day to day
Identify the needed resources to ensure the implementation of the plan on time in full quantity
Plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime
Develop new procedures (SOP) and processes to improve production accuracy
Maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials to produce multi-line products within planned schedules while reducing costs
Manage high volume manufacturing of more than 230, 000 products per month
Attain a sustained improvement of 17% in line efficiency over the previous year
Develop and track cost improvement projects to reduce production costs (White belt project)
Control inventory and raw material handling
Ensure safe work environment through implementation of safety awareness programs and compliance with HSE
Interpret and develop reports including standard operating procedures
Competently utilize Lean Manufacturing
Set weekly production plan and monitor the FG stock
Set the BOM of the products and ensure minimum loss
Lead shift operation review with production team (line leaders and machine operators)
Attend the factory (daily, weekly, monthly) operation reviews
Set yearly material requirement plan (MRP) according to sales forecast
Lead DMAIC projects to improve production lines performance
Lead DMAIC projects to reduce material losses.
Work with factory team to set up the OMP
