• Manage the NITC ISP Network which connected with four international links and serve all the Jordanian
government sector through the National Broadband Network (NBN), Leased lines, Dark Fiber and ADSL.
• Manage the NITC Datacenter which includes collocated government servers, web hosting servers,
the main DNS servers (.jo).
• Manage the E-Government project Datacenter which includes Portal servers, Payment gateway servers, main
governmental DC’s and VPN connectors.
•offer consultations for the governmental departments about networking solutions.
• Architecture and design Datacenter application-networking solutions specifically focused on load balancing
and security.
• Engage in business and technical discussions and presentations articulating the business and technical values
of Datacenter and ISP Networks.
• Work with Development teams to bring new products and technologies to Datacenter meeting the
requirements of NITC services.
• Review system performance continuously in order to identify opportunities for systems enhancements
and upgrades that stretch and exploit the full potential of the Company’s existing technological capability.
• Monitor the continuing performance of the hardware modules to ensure optimum operating status
and to troubleshoot problems.
• Keep informed of technological advances and industry best practices in order to assess their possible adaptation
for use in increasing the Company’s technological superiority.
