Working as project Officer"Data management officer in Common distribution center in the NRC org.

• Responsible for all distribution operation in Common distribution center(prepare distribution plan, monitor the distribution process, Resolve any complain faced during the distribution).
•Direct Superviser for Data entry team.
• Responsible for the Databases management, coordinates and monitors the work of the Data entry &distribution team.

• Coordinate with other NGO’S or agencies to prepare any operation in the project .

• Prepare the plan & schedual to the CDC site operation each distribution or each month & share it with my team member.
• Prepare and analysis for all data management report.
• Follow with other NGO’s to prepare all the operation on project.
• Coordinate with M&E department to prepare and set questionnaire in KOPO & ODK program and check for this program if ready or not and after that analysis this data depending in criteria.
• Supervise for all distributed tasks to the my data/Distribution team.

• Responsible for the logistic operation in the project & coordinate with logistic team before any distribution to prepare the warehouses & to be ready before distribution.
• Prepare the reports to the data entry/Distribution team before any distribution in the project .

Worked in USAID org in Creative project in M&E department Collect the data from school in the remote area in jordan.
