My responsibilities are:
- Working as a Construction manager responsible for all buildings at the project, along
with electrical sub-stations and service buildings.
- Responsible for the activity of hard scape and landscape at the project.

-Responsible of the targeted billing and progress in the project. And following up with
planning department in weekly basis for the project target both progress wise, and
money wise.
- Review the planning schedules with project management and site teams to expedite the
work progress and solve the issues related to.
- Supervise/planned the sub-contractors scope of work beside ACC teams.
- Conducts weekly meeting with stakeholders from all disciplines related to the activities
at site and following up with project control department to achieve the planned target
and project schedule.

Contract Amount = 885, 300, 000.00 SAR.
My responsibilities are:
* Working as a Construction Manager in Project KAP04-P118
* Responsible for the activities progress with Civil & MEP teams at site.
* Responsible of the project targeted billing weekly/monthly wise.
* Following up with Sub-contractors scope of works/progress invoices and ACC head
office related departments.
* Implementing HSE standard and requirements at site for all disciplines
Working as a project manager position responsible of contracting and pricing for multi
projects.
* Following up with Work progress and percentages of completion.
* Preparing financial statements and progress invoices.
* Preparing monthly progress reports for both Client and our Management.

Saudi Binladin Group (PBAD) - Dubai Binladin (DB)
Working as a Construction manager for parcel 1.09 locating in zone-1 at KAFD
project in Riyadh, KSA.
Parcel 1.09 is a 32 floor High-rise Tower containing five basements parking lots, two floors
Retail and 28 floors open space offices. Located in Zone 1 at (KAFD) project.
The Tower contract amount equals = 900 million SAR.
My responsibilities are:
* In charge of all the activities in the tower including project budget,
cash flow billing, construction/finishing and contracting matters.
* Daily coordination with Electro mechanical teams and systems installation
processes in the tower
* Distribute the activities for the site teams and the sub-contractors/suppliers depending
on the priorities of the work
* Review the contracts and scoop of works with all sub-contractors.
* Prepares weekly/monthly Progress reports.
Executing steel structure (North East Triangle, podium bridges. N/S Canopies, pavilions, and
Roof plaza…etc.)
* Review the steel structure design and to ensure that it matches the (AISC) and EN 1993
codes.
* Check the steel structure detailing and fabrication drawings using TEKLA Program.
* Execute the Work as per Drawings and standards both discipline (Structural, Architectural Works).
* Supervised the site labor and Sub contractor Works.
* Preparing Daily Progress Reports.
* Implement technical and safety requirements for the project.
