• Assisted in executing annual marketing plans and budgets developed in collaboration with
management, implementing campaigns and initiatives to achieve company objectives.
• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with company objectives,
including selecting media channels and setting budgets.
• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Retail
Division.

• Understanding the brand, and assisting in the marketing campaigns weekly/ monthly to achieve the company objectives.
• Analyzing market trends through the PR calendars and the occasions.
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, communicate with influencers, and manage the social media content.
• Co-ordinate with models for shoots and select props as requested based on the theme and the brand.
• Prepare accurate reports weekly on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
• Participating in choosing the cutlery, decoration, uniform, and playlist to create the full consumer experience.
• Working with the graphic designers to create the shape of the packaging.
• Studying the marketing tools of the delivery currier to prioritize our activity such as Talabat, Cari, Deliveroo, and Zyda.
• Communicate with exhibitions coordinators, cinema screens seller, and malls, and finalize with them to participate.
• Other duties assigned from time to time based on requirement by the management.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our mall and our tenant.
• Work on market research activities including selection of proper media tool to distribute information.
• Managing the social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Managing social influencers programs and attending social influencers events.
• responsible for organizing the events and overseeing the set-up in the mall.
• Cover all the activities related to our tenants on the social media platform of the mall.
• Coordinate with the sales department to insure the reservation for various media tools in the mall.
• Distribute promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, videos, and press kits.
• Prepares program proposals, evaluates program effectiveness, and issues reports to management.
• Prepare accurate reports weekly on our marketing campaigns overall performance. Other duties assigned from time to time based on requirement by the management.

Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries
• Participates in manpower planning process.
• Establishes recruiting requirements according to the policies, procedures and objectives.
• Coordinates with the Human Resources Director and Heads of Departments in the preparation of job vacancy specifications, grading, requirements, and job descriptions
• Coordinates with the Heads of Departments in the preparation of promoting equality and diversity as part of the organization culture.
• Prepares job posting and advertising through appropriate venues.
• Dealing with agencies to finalize the required recruitment agreement and job order.
• Reviews, analyzes and evaluates applicants CV and the documents against job requirements
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules for best fit candidates with the initial screening recommendations.
• Prepare Job offer, and contract for all the new employee.
• For overseas employees, prepare residence transaction forms, send visa applications, Book tickets, request food coupons, arrange airport pickup, and arrange hostel accommodation.
• Prepares or oversees all correspondence letters and Internal memos prepared by reporting staff according to the procedures of personnel division.
