Duties: • To maintain adequate and complete files and ensure proper documentation.
• To prepare the journal vouchers.
• To visit clients periodically and to perform an audit assessment on a sample basis.
• To reconcile the bank statements.
• To generate the trial balance at the end of the financial year and consequently the balance sheet.
• To declare to the Ministry of Finance of the taxes due on the clients at the end of the financial period.
