As a Human Resources Manager at the Royal Botanic Garden (RBG), actively oversees all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment to resignation. Manages all departmental events, including conferences, workshops, and social activities, from planning to execution. This involves budget preparation, logistics coordination, and poster design for physicians. Evaluates event data for continuous improvement.
Oversees administrative tasks in the Marketing Department, including supervision of the company’s internal product exhibition and conducting tours for visitors.
Collaborates with the export team to facilitate coordination between departments and ensure seamless client follow-up during the export process.
