Managed six projects remotely in Education and Protection in Southern Syria, the projects were funded by the following donor organizations: UNICEF (protection and education, IKEA Foundation (protection), DANIDA (protection and education, Save the Children Italy (education), SDC (protection), and Hands-Up Foundation (education) in partnership with Save the Children - Syria Response Office (SRO) in Amman.

Program Management and implementation:
- Development of project proposals, including budget design, work plan, and procurement plan.
- Preparation and monitoring of implementation plans, logical frameworks, and MEAL plans.
- Overseeing the implementation of programs and management of budgets in accordance with the donors’ regulations.
- Monitoring the performance of field coordinators through regular meetings and providing them with the needed technical support and mentoring.
- Support the projects’ teams in their everyday work working though problems, coaching. and advising on achieving effective project results.
- Compilation with donors’ policies and practice with respect to child safeguarding, code of conduct, duty of care, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.

Monitoring and Reporting:
- Supervising the evaluation of new situation or of the existing program to guarantee high quality intervention.
- Ensure a correct data collection and analysis by the M&E officer to better report on activities and to ensure quality services for beneficiaries.
- Developing narrative and numerical monthly and final reports, incidental reports, and success stories according to the templates and requirements of the donor.
- Developing narrative progress reports and other reports internally to the Programmes Director when required.

Team Management and Capacity Building
- Managing around 400 staff members and line managed 13 field coordinators under 6 different projects.
- Managing two project coordinators in Amman’s office.
- Identifying the needs for building the capacity of the field teams based on gaps on the ground and report it to the donors to conduct the needed trainings.
- Following-up on the outcomes of the trainings and conduct rapid needs assessments.
- Direct follow-up on the Core Training Team (CTT) to ensure better technical skills in order to train other staff members with OB or with other partner organizations.

Coordination and Representation
- Coordination of the internal educational meeting with other projects within organization, sharing the updates, discussing contextual changes, challenges and mitigations, and best practices.
- Representation in the Education Sector Working Group (ESWG) meetings led by UNICEF.
- Representation in the Protection Sector Working Group (PSWG) led by UNHCR.
- Representation in the GBV Working Group (GBVWG) led by UNFPA.

Ensuring the programme team carry out all the necessary data collection, ensuring its quality and helping to produce the relevant programme reports. Contributing to the strategic development of monitoring and evaluation process.

- Financial management
Managing all aspects of office administration, bills, office items and inventories of all C4R supplies. Supervising Project finances, making sure that all expenditure is reconciled with the budget, highlight any areas of concerns and ensure bookkeeping is accurate and up to date.

- Training and Capacity Building
Managing and Facilitation the Asfari funded Capacity Building training for the Team in Syria, making sure the team have all the needed skills to work with children in the conflict zone such as: Administrative skills, M&E concepts and tools, Gender Based Violence GBV, Child Protection, Psychological Firs Aid PFA, and many other life skills.
