The HR Officer is responsible for providing support in the various HR functions, which include Employee benefits, Employment Contract, Contract Amendment prepare the (PAC) Personnel Action Control form and receives (PAF) Personnel Action Form for employees merit increases, promotion and forward the same for finance implementation, training and developing.
GOSI reporting and Medical Insurance.
HR Officer provides advice and assistance to the staff including training needs, job description and personnel policies of the city.
Review and verify the yearly evaluation, 60 days review.
Assists the processing of employees who are ending employment and exiting the Kingdom and conducts exit interviews.
HR Officer will represent as HR staff advocate.
Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing jobs announcements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Undertaking regular salary reviews;
Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
