• In addition to my previous responsibilities, the following has been added:

 Receiving and reviewing official documents for new tenants to ensure that they meet all requirements.
 Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and feedback when it required.
 Maintain, develop, and regularly update tenant’s database.
 Monitor and report projects’ vacancy levels to the required Leasing Managers.
 Monitor lease expirations and proactively contact existing Leasing managers for renewals or extensions.
 Assist in preparing any adhoc reports required by Management.
 Work diligently and collaboratively with various departments.
 Prepare lease documents and monitor status of documents to ensure timely execution.

❖ Support GM & Leasing Managers in planning and implementing tenancy mix,
zoning and positioning in the retail mall.
❖ Prepares the leasing initiatives and their corresponding annual budget
incorporating; leasing space, the time frame required to lease, the target rental
rate to be achieved, the appropriate merchandise mix compatibility, and
presents to the Leasing GM for approval.
❖ Collaborates with the Legal Manager in developing tenants’ leasing commercial
proposals and ensures it matches with the leasing objectives and tenant mix
strategy.
❖ Manages site visits in order to generate new interest, maintain interest of
existing tenants.
❖ Ensures tenants’ signature of commercial contracts, and the achievement of the
approved budget. Ensure communication with the Legal Department to keep
track of all signed contracts.
❖ Responsible for leasing storerooms & ATMs in all our projects.
❖ Support Lease Managers in creating offers and obtaining internal approvals.
❖ Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as
documents with regards to the lease transactions.
❖ Preparing weekly & monthly reports showing properties status.
❖ Following up with Investors on outstanding documentation, payments relating to
the Investment Agreements.
❖ Inserting/extracting information from Oracle OPM v.12 & Yardi.
❖ Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit
collection, fit-out and operations as well as monitor and analyze tenants’ sales
and overall performance.
❖ Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current
tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
❖ Support other teams during periods of huge workload.

- Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports & take action where necessary.

- Work closely with Property Administration & the Oracle system to achieve the above & act as the interface between Admin and the Managers. Develop relationships both internal & external to achieve objectives within timescales.
