- Negotiate the rates with the shipping lines & services providers
- Controlling the buying & selling rate for the KN Saudi Arabia ( Jeddah, Riyadh & Dammam)
- Evaluate the service level that we are getting from our service provider on monthly bases
- Evaluate the service level that we are providing to our customers
- Develop the export business
• Sea Export - Ensure all documentation is prepared 6 days in advance, which include coordinating with shipping line to issue correct BL after sailing.
And also undertake/supervise stuffing of container including special equipments.
• Air Export - Coordinating/ensuring the MAWB has been issued considering all HAWB accurately.
• Also negotiate rate with Shipping line & other vendor ( transporter, Custom Clearance) to ensure best availability of the rates for maximum profit for each shipment.
• Conducting regular meeting with Finance & sales department to improve SOP for operation requirement and ensure to implement the same to export team.
• Conduct visit to new customer with coordination of sales team to improve and generate new business on regular basis.
• Preparing monthly MIS report for management (targets, volume, profit etc).
• And also ensure to maintained healthy relation with Shipping line, Vendor, customer and office colleagues.
• Coordinating air & Sea shipment freight from customer and sales/operation teams.
• Handling Air & Sea shipment ex-Jeddah including vendor, sales invoicing, custom clearance, daily T&T report to customer.
• Handled major customers are Kraft, Nestle and Carrefour etc.
