Receive and welcome guests/visitors.
Create a positive first impression a professional appearance and a cordial, businesslike presence.
Handle incoming phone calls in professional manner.
Provide clerical backup support when needed, this may include but not limited in typing quotations, faxing and mailing documents, and filing.
Maintain a log of visitors, inquiries, faxes and other relevant details.
Arranging chairman agenda (meetings, visitors &appointments.
Booking trips/hotels.
Responsible of filing room/Archive.
1- FOLLOW UP THE SALES OPPERATION FOR THE CLIENT (ORDER CHECK, PAYMENT, SHIPMENT, DELIVERY, SATISFACTION)
2-SUPERVISE THE INVENTORY OF THE SHOWROOM AND WAREHOUSE.
3-SET THE SHOWROOM ORDER FOR EVERY NEW DISPLAY
4-COORDINATE WITH THE EUROPIAN SUPPLIERS AND MANIFACTURORS.
5-FINILIZING THE PAPER JOB OF SHIPMENT AND CUSTOMS.
6-TRAINING NEW STAFF MEMBERS ABOUT THE NEW AGENCIES.
7-PREPARE AND SUPPERVISE ALL YALSA'S EVENTS
8-UPDATE ALL THE DATA BASE AND CLIENTS CONTACTS.
9- KEEP AND ENHANCE YALSA IMAGE AND REPUTATION.
FOR BEAUTIFULL HOME FURNITURE:
1- SHOWROOM MANAGER, BY FINDING NEW AGENCIES FROM EUROPE.
2-PREPARE FOR THE BIG OPENING IN TIME
3-START BUILDING THE DATA BASE OF CLIENTS
4-CONTACT ALL THE DESIGN COMPANIES THAT MAY BE INTRESTAED IN OUR PRODUCT.
5-BRING 3 ITALIAN AGENCIES TO BHF.
FOR DESIGN CENTRE:
1- PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR GENERAL MANAGER
2- TRAINING AND PLANING FOR THE SHOWROOM OPENING
