• Lead on developing CBP projects’ policies, standard operating procedures and PM Tools.
• Organize and oversee the planning and implementation of programme activities related to community-based protection (CBP).
• Contribute to the proposal writing, design and review of CBP programs and monitoring CBP activities.
• Exercise overall responsibility for financial management of CPB projects, track budgets and ensure that all activities and expenditures are aligned with the planned budget allocations and manages project activities according to the scope of the grant and budget.
• Manage ongoing professional development of CBP team members to embrace the development of the team’s talents, skills, and capacities.
• Support in the recruitment of JOHUD’s personnel according to internal procedures, including writing TORs, designing tests and interviewing.
• Coordinate with all support units including, Finance, Procurement, HR and other units to ensure quality implementation of CBP activities.
• Ensuring that all accountability mechanisms are in place within CBP projects and activities.
• Represent JOHUD in internal and external meetings and workshops related to CPB.
• Identifies & develops local partnerships and/or consortium with NGOs on technical priorities or important topics that interests JOHUD.
• Exercise overall responsibility for financial management of the project, track budget and ensure that all activities and expenditure are conducted within budget allocations and manages project activities according to the scope of the grant and budget.
• Works with the Project Team to implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans and tools for the project and facilitate monitoring and review of the project with staff and partners to assess outcomes and capture lessons learned.
• Guarantee an efficient financial management and closure of the project and all the funds liquidated as per the financial plan for the project in compliance with donor regulations.
• Team management and project integration assurance for teams and sectors; in close cooperation and coordination with sector coordinators/officers.
• Deliver quality project activities reporting, including the findings in terms of impact/changes at the level of beneficiaries achieved through the project.
• Deliver timely quality monthly, interim and final project reports.
• Follow up and monitor field team detailed activities
• Maintain clear reporting and communication lines
• General management of all distribution sites in the camp.
• Direct supervision of the project team (officers, TAs and Assistants, including preparing daily/weekly work plans, leave trackers, work and development plans, capacity strengthening, and hiring new team members as needed
• Responsible for planning and scheduling distribution of NFIs and cash assistances for new arrivals and residents of the camps.
• Preparing all documentation and paperwork needed to ensure smooth running of the distribution activities (stock reports, distribution reports, daily monitoring sheets, incident reports etc.)
• Ensure Protection standards in all distribution sites and liaise with NRC protection focal point in referring the protection-related cases
• Prepare and verify all the needed PRs for cash distributions on monthly/quarterly basis.
• Spot check reports related to risk mapping for distribution centers.
• Prepare documentation and follow-up all support function processes related to the project.
• Assigned on Jan 2019 to be Responsible for WFP project implementation - All tasks related to new arrival vouchers distribution, help desk and Ad-hoc distributions for food and non-food items.
Bachelor's degree in Business Economics - University Of Jordan (2011) High school (literary) with a GPA of 86.6 _ Public school (2006)
