Job Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations and activities of the department (Staffing, Budget, Facilities) in liaison with Director Corporate Training.
Provide high level advice and participates in developing the strategic direction of the corporate training department in liaison with the Director Corporate Training.
Responsible for the development of Policies and Procedures within the Department in consultation with the Director of Corporate Training.
Monitor the achievement of budgets and provide input required for the development of annual budgets for review.
Responsibility for building a client base using a variety of short, medium and long-term courses that aim to satisfy client needs.
Recommend target of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Result Areas (KRA), execute them and provide feedback to the Director Corporate Training.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract prospective clients to ACK CT, and raise community awareness of ACK CT products and branding eg. Seminars and Symposiums.
Develop contacts and partnerships with Kuwait corporate, industry and international representatives; this includes maintenance of a corporate contact and client database.
Liaises with industry, both locally and internationally in order to establish training needs and position the ACK CT brand.
Ensure private and government sector needs are researched to reveal training requirements for product program development.
Responsible for development and implementation of Departmental strategic marketing and administrative management plans including provision of detailed Action Plan in line with budget provision.
Responsible for setting of sales strategy, sales targets and distribution thereof and monitoring and regular reporting of results.
Participation in Proposal development and pricing meetings, with responsibility for pricing outcomes
Manage ACK CT representation at external marketing and promotional events such as Exhibitions.
Manage all activities relating to the production of branded internal and external materials ensuring adherence to ACK CT Corporate Branding.
Oversee the drafting of Press Releases in coordination with the Marketing Department with final approval to be provided by CT Director.
Manage the development of ACK CT website content and social media content.

•Develop an annual sales and business plan aligned with the annual operating plans of the company.
•Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction.
•Analyze corporate customers’ requirements, standards & evaluation.
•Identify competencies needed for training center employees & preparing development programs.
•Develop & Improve products and services.
•Perform training needs analysis for new and existing employees in level of (seniors, specialists and subordinates).
•Identify internal and external training programs to address technical & behavioral competency.
•Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
•Map out training plans for individual employees in different levels.
•When appropriate present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools to employees.
•Set up program evaluation methodology both employees & corporate clients.
•Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology of identified needs for corporate clients.
•Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and freelance trainers.
