Work responsibilities are as follows:
1) Follow up day-to-day operation.
2) Responsible of all incoming/outgoing correspondences
3) Responsible of preparing the Purchasing Order (PO)
4) Preparing our updating Purchasing Order, Proforma Invoice & Invoice

5) Completing and updating customers price list which includes "share
price and customer price".
6) Follow up, organizing and preparing for meetings.
7) Follow up Brochure's stock
8) Follow up IMC requirements
9) Responsible for preparing and follow up on ExpoLink requirements;

1- Follow Up our European Representative requirements about European customers.
2- Planning trade show as well as communicating with external creative service providers. In addition, track payments and refunds. As well, supporting to the client maintenance for industry partners.
3- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies
4- Ensure adherence to country specific exporting legislation
5- Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets by carrying out market research activity in chosen export markets
6- Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the business
7- Researching and reporting on external opportunities
8- Understanding current and potential customers
