1-Recruitment
-Announce job openings within the organization
-Choose a group of potential applicants for managers to interview (screening resumes, conduct phone interviews and Conduct first HR interview for Junior Level)
-Schedule 2nd interview & final interviews with managers and applicants.
-Organize assessments of applicants
-Check references of the applicants
-Coordinate the employment offer
-Prepare for the new hire’s arrival
-Manage database of applicants (for example, track the sources of applicants and the results of the recruiting and selection process, decide where to store information about candidates for possible future employment)
2-Employee Relations:
-Issuing HR Letters
-Conducts new hire orientation
-Process employee status changes & life events such as termination,
internal transfers, promotions, birthdays and new birth of a child and share it with all company employees.
-Develop & implement the company policy & update employees with
any changes in the company internal policy
3-Personnel:
-Explaining human resources Attendance Policy & Procedure for all new employees
-Track and follow up on attendance of sites engineers

-Employee Files’ preparation and receiving the required hiring documents from the Recruitment Section
-Responsible of issuing new contracts and Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Writing job ads with all requirements and post them on all sources to collect Cvs.
- Screening and filtering Cvs to choose suitable candidates for the position and who meet the minimum requirements.
- Calling the chosen candidates to schedule 1st HR interview appointment.
- Preparing for the interview through having a list of behavioral & situational questions.
- Conducting 1st HR interview (CBI), comparing qualifications to job requirements & evaluating candidates to have a short list of accepted candidates, to be sent to the client.
- Following up with both the client & candidates to schedule a second interview.
- Preparing and sending job offer for accepted candidates.
- Reporting achievements to the GM on a weekly basis.
