• Being up-to date with new rules that UAE government applies for labor and residence.

• Provide notary public service by coordinating with other offices and preparing everything related in order to have a fast service.

• Guide people to know what is the next step in the process and give a clear idea about steps and requirements.

• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.

• Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Identifies customer service trends and determines system improvements

• Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.

• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

• Typing and following up: visa process/residency/change status/EIDA/cancellation/renewal/limited & unlimited contracts / work permits/temporary and mission work permits/ family visa/insurance/domestic labor application for families/ modifying personal information in government systems.

• Arranging tourist visa for required cases.

• Work on different systems like MOHRE, immigration (MOI), EIDA and Notary public.

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face or by email.

• Manage visa applications process by preparing it with supporting documents and coordinating with individuals in order to have an accurate and fast service.

• Following up all transactions until completion.
