• Lead planning and/or implementation of all Asset Integrity Management activities and safety and environmental critical elements study for the entire Oil & Gas operating companies in South Sudan:
o GPOC: Greater Pioneer Operating Co.
o SPOC: Sudd Petroleum Operating Co.
o DPOC: Dar Petroleum Operating Co.
o SSPPC: South Sudan Petroleum Pipeline Co.
• Participate in the design and/or testing phases.
• Contribute to the establishment of long term strategic planning and short term operational planning verifying in particular the proper coordination between operations, maintenance and inspection.
• Lead the Asset Integrity Review Team (AIRT) involving the discipline managers having a key role in IM. Hold regular meetings and update meeting action log.
• Attend the Asset Integrity Management Board chaired by the Asset Manager. Present an executive review of the affiliate performance on Integrity, focusing on high level KPIs, major threats and critical action plans.
• Establish or actively contribute to the establishment of (a) management system(s) that verifies that key business processes is properly implemented, anomalies recorded and ranked as per their criticality, remedial measures are progressed until closure, thus providing a positive assurance of integrity.
• Contributes to the establishment of a management of change process and follows up action plans until change approval
• In close liaison with all involved disciplines, establish the key measures and indicators that will allow monitoring integrity performance on a continuous basis, aligned with the guidelines set.
• Participate to Failure / Incident Investigations.
• Monitor performance of the Asset Integrity management processes by organizing regular reviews and self-audits.
• Act as the focal point with Group specialists on all matters relating to Asset Integrity.

• Chemical Treatment, Corrosion and Materials technical authority.
• Design, manage, or implement (as applicable) corrosion control strategies covering corrosion monitoring and inspection activities, including preparation and delivery of annual and periodic reports, corrosion status of systems, identification and assessment of significant trends from surveys.
• Provide authoritative technical assessment and interpretation of corrosion/inspection monitoring data (using databases as apt) and recommend changes in corrosion criticality analyses and monitoring/inspection programs where appropriate.
• Undertake or co-ordinate failure investigations into material and corrosion issues in accordance with prescribed or approved failure investigation procedures.
• Participate in and provide input to the regular review of corrosion management information such as Corrosion Control Matrices and Key Performance Indicators.
• Provide technical leadership and authority in designated corrosion engineering disciplines.
• Assist with any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as and when required, also undertake specific projects as may be instructed by management from time to time.
• Ensure that the safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to as far as reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead Junior engineers and technicians and assign tasks with following up of the results.
• Perform all assigned tasks to the highest professional standards with due professional diligence and care in total conformance with the Integrated Management Systems and business values, ethical and moral standards of the company.

• Lead asset integrity plans and implementation at Malaysia assets.
• Lead asset integrity plans and implementation at International assets (Indonesia, Myanmar, Iraq and Turkmenistan).
• Assess new technologies and implement some of them which achieve cost optimization.
• Lead Petronas Technology Challenge 2: Field Inspection Tool for Composite Overwrap Repairs over Carbon Steel Pipelines and Piping and introduced new inspection technologies to Petronas assets first time in Malaysia.
• Lead corrosion and inspection team taskforce to develop inspection & maintenance guideline and procedure for Petronas upstream (Upstream Inspection and Maintenance Assurance Guideline, U-IMAGe) has been developed and approved for implementation.
• Assess and approve new inspection technologies for using in Malaysia & International assets.
• Lead MCI team for RCFA investigation taskforce.
• Appointed by Malaysia Petroleum Management as Leader for Petronas Carigali Technology Replication Thrust (TRT) Team under CORAL 2.0 (Cost Reduction Alliance 2.0)
• Lead key projects to improve cost optimization and value creation to support asset integrity management and achieve the operational excellence for Petronas assets (Domestic & International).
• Strongly contribute in review of Petronas Technical Standard (PTS).
• Appointed by Malaysia Petroleum Management to lead MCI team for some specific RCFA investigation in some PAC’s failure issues.
• Review and approve/reject MOC’s and deviation.
• Review inspection reports and calculate remnant life for severe findings and review equipment FFS.
• Review P-RBI results follow up with inspection & assurance team at operations fields to comply & implement the recommended inspection on time.
• Ensure with inspection & assurance teams at the field that inspection plan is in place and it has been followed up timely.
• Review repair procedure and QA/QC.
• Ensure all CMP’s are been followed and fully complied at all facilities and corrosion monitoring plan is strictly conducted on time.
• Plan, execute and lead the implementation of Materials and Corrosion Engineering strategies for projects to design and construct facilities for operations ensuring total quality 'life of field' solutions, low life cycle cost, fit for purpose, application of appropriate technologies to enable development & monetization of new reserves and assets
• Assess and implement identified 'fit-for-purpose' development concepts and knowledge areas for Materials & Corrosion.

• Strongly contributed drive production increase up to 130, 000 BOPD.
• Awarded a prize of honor as a team member on boosting production.
• Review and provide inputs and recommendations on project technical documents:
o Field Development Plan, Design Basis Memorandum, Conceptual study options, reports and recommendation of line review.
o Scope of Work of design package, equipment and contract package.
o Technical specifications and evaluation criteria for the procurement of material, equipment and contract services to be consistent with procedures and guidelines.
o Contract documents, engineering drawings, equipment specifications, construction and testing procedures and reports.
• Contributed in the evaluation process of chemicals contract with Oxy for supplying and servicing the integrity chemicals for field.
o Integrity chemicals field trials and assessment of the results.
o Contributed in the design and reviews of chemical storage facilities for the chemicals.
o Contributed in the risk assessment for the chemical storage facilities.
• Develop CMP documents for all field assets (pipeline, equipment).
• Set leading and lagging KPIs for Integrity Management.
• Coaching junior engineers to help achieving the required technical levels.

 Review completion of all technical scopes of work, specifications, drawings and data sheets necessary for the EPC
bid packages.
 Review completion of the commercial elements of the EPC bid packages being prepared by the Business
Management Team.
 Assist in project execution planning.
 Participates in Value Engineering, Process Simplification, Process Optimization and Design to Capacity.
 Assure asset integrity through the provision of robust materials and corrosion protection program.
 Provide specialist technical materials and corrosion support.
 Review and assess deviations as per the Deviation Management Process.
 Monitor outputs from (IOW) program establishing intervening risk mitigation actions as appropriate.
 Maintain oversight of materials and corrosion threats, proposing and working to implement mitigations.
