• Follow up the developments and the major resolutions taken in the Board of Director’s meetings regarding the distribution of changes to the company stock with respect to value, net profit and change in the assets up or down.
• Study the market position and the investors’ types.
• Follow up announcements issued by the Kuwait stock exchange, GCC stock exchanges, as well the different reports issued by the specialized institutions both governmental and private about the market performance. Also make efforts to find out the reasons for changes in the values and volume of the traded shares that are expected to rise.
• Establish periodical evaluation of the companies by attending the general assemblies meeting and identifying their financial positions as well as finding out their ongoing new developments.
• Collaborate with the work team at the department in establishing the investment funds and providing studies and reports to the clients about them as well, after the approval of the higher management on that.
• Execute other similar duties as per the direct manager’s instructions
