Job Role: Hotline Roles:
• Responsible for receiving and recording the complaints and child abuse reports (physical, sexual, psychological, neglect)
• Ensure to get all information from the caller and maintain on Confidentiality
• Determines eligibility in registering the case by comparing customer information to requirements.
• Document the report and ensure that the information is entered accurately and in complete.
• Maintain communication equipment and job-related systems by reporting problems via Yahala system appropriately and in timely manner upon occurrence.

• Updating job knowledge by studying the updated description of related job, participating in educational and training opportunities.
• Sending SMS notification to our association ’s clients regarding any updates and new rules.

• Prepare data and information for making regular report data analysis and ensure all periodic reports submitted on time;
• Liaise with HR /NDP/Payroll on all staff related Joining Requirement/Attendance issues.
• Prepare the Performance Review/Assessment of Admin subordinates.
• Maintain record of lieu-off entitlement and utilization.
• Prepare citations for staff given the awards and appreciation.
• Initiate inventories on consumable items issued to CAPU areas.
• Ensure all Unit requirements in all areas of the unit are provided as required/requested.
• Input in ETHOS/ALTARs/TERGEN staff’s attendance report
• Plan and coordinate the training programme of EGS and TGP with the concern departments/offices.
• Set periodic meeting schedules and send meeting request / notification to the attendees for Monthly Duty officers and Supervisors Meetings and Admin Meetings
• Handling staff HR Visa Services, DA, OC applications

• Ensure all unit related SOPs and controlled forms are updated and effectively implemented in all areas of Operations
• Conduct periodic work site inspections and audit to ensure the effectiveness of work plan and o ensure hat all staff are complying with standard SOP.

• Greet passengers with small conversations with the genuine interest of serving them.
• Ensure passengers and baggage is processed for the correct flight in accordance with established procedures.
• Verify the validity of passengers’ documentation, with respect to immigration and security requirements.
• Ensure all passengers are asked the relevant security questions in accordance with the GCAA Directives.
• Assisting passengers with information about their flight and facilities available at transit and with their onward
boarding passes.
• Making sure of the baggage transfer according to their itinery
• Handling with gate no shows, DNB’s, INAD’s, MISCON pax.
• Handling PTM/BTM of arriving flights.
• Monitoring arrival flights for delay and communicate with boarding gate staff, FMU, BMA and the ramp for short
connections or miss connections.
• Perform boarding gate duties when there is staff shortage/when needed.
• Assist disrupted passengers in accordance with reference to the carrier’s disruption procedures.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Work as a acting supervisor, when the supervisor on leave/staff shortage/when needed.
