Dell Qatar services are operating in Qatar with two leading Qatari healthcare clients: Hamad
Medical City (HMC) and Sidra.
My role under HMC account includes tasks as follow:
• Note taker at management meetings of CIS program led by HMC, Dell services and
other healthcare international companies.
• Administrative tasks, including invoicing and timesheets management.
• Project Management Office reports coordination.
• Effectively coordinating the Engagement Program. This includes drafting letters, invitation lists, distributing invitations, managing RSVP’s and guest lists and collaborating with QSF stakeholders and staff to organize functions and meetings.
• Ensuring that all protocol requirements and procedures are fulfilled for all engagement Program activities.
• Effectively coordinating local, regional and international travel arrangements for the
