Sift applications received to identify the most suitable applicants for jobs.
Participate in creating appropriate job descriptions and specifications for open positions .
Interview potential recruits to identify those suitable for shortlisting.
Handle the pre-employment process: track candidate offers, acceptances and start dates, and communicate new hire start details to the appropriate teams.
Handle required paperwork for on-boarding new hires, GOSI addition, and issue medical insurance.
Participate in new employee orientation.
Keep all personnel records at a high level of confidentiality and keep it up to date.
Issuing finale settlement.
Conduct Exit interview.
