TCRM project:
- Monitoring and tracking TCRM project progress, and writing up reports.
- Reporting the usage of system (TCRM).
- Analysis for all TCRM issues and following up to solve it.
- Excellent experience in manual testing.
- Excellent knowledge in Defect lifecycle.
- Following up the testing (UAT), available test cases, and defects.
- Reporting by-daily test cases and defects analysis findings to management to use in making organizational decisions with vendor.
- Made suggestions to enhance the efficiency.
- Participating in collecting, organizing, and interpreting data.
- Excellent skills in Excel.
- Good knowledge in Process Documentation
- Training new users on TCRM usage.
New portal project:
- Writing contents for all offers by using drupal
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, and artworks )
- Update website content as needed
- Excellent skills in Drupal.
