Receive, acknowledge, analyze and document system setup and user security related requests.
• Monitor Al Masraf network and security events through Qradar SIEM to investigate on any security incidents or offense.
• Support branches and other departments by providing prompt service on their user access requests after obtaining appropriate approvals.
• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends.
• Support Audit department in understanding user access requests and help in access review audits.
• Participate in testing of new applications, with special focus on their administration module related to user security and access control.
• Create and generate weekly security reports for Information Security department
• Support the implementation of new projects in Etisalat Networks
• Review & evaluate new technologies, systems, standards and solutions for the security infrastructure regarding their impact on network and system security as per Etisalat network requirements.
• Coordinate with Security Operations Center section to ensure that all the used systems are monitored in compliance to standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate activities with Security Assessment team to plan for the penetration testing and vulnerability scanning for Etisalat systems and network infrastructure.
• Provides professional guidance and support to other security sections to fulfil their functions
• Purpose new security ideas to management to enhance the security infrastructure resources and improve security awareness.
Engage with other teams to define the network/customer requirements and incorporate the same into the overall network design.
Prepare the access network expansion plan for all the UAE regions based on the network usage and different requirements from other teams.
Monitor the access network resources and traffic
Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports of the access network
Provide support to cross functional teams for all network activities
Prepare the access network processes and procedures
Identify/evaluate appropriate technologies and solutions to meet the current and future requirements of the market and the technology field.
