• Managing journal entries and managing the general ledger.
• Record and update suppliers’ invoices.
• Preparing of payments, cheques, bank transfer, etc.
• Recording and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
• Processing of payment of utilities and other bills.
• Processing subcontractor’s payment and keeping record of payment.
• Processing supplier’s payment and keeping records of payments.
• Managing Warehouse, Inputs and Outputs goods.
• Providing information to external auditor as directed by Financial Manger or Chief Accountant.
• Reimbursement of site petty cash and keeping confirmations from recipients.
• Preparation of aging report.
•Preparing reports for financial management and Projects management.
• Follow up for Projects sites.
•Coordinates activities with accounting staff and answersquestions.
•Any other reasonable duties as delegated by Management.
