• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end supply and demand plans to ensure optimal
inventory levels across all product categories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts
with business objectives and market demand.
• Monitor and analyze demand trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover to identify gaps and
implement corrective actions.
• Drive S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to improve supply chain visibility and decision
making.
• Implement data-driven planning tools and dashboards to enhance forecast accuracy and supply
planning efficiency.

• Contribution to BP preparation and all related analysis for all categories and channels.
• Contribution to the monthly target breakdown for each channel based on BP & monthly forecast and
considering channel contribution.
• Contribution to target build-up based on the companys KPIs & distribution strategies.
• Track the BP performance VS actual by channel for all categories.
• Provide a full analysis of the market consumption and market stock level.
• Consistently developing and implementing strategies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of sales
target contributions, to avoid missed sales opportunities.

• Use data modelling practices to analyze the findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational
improvements and changes.
• Interpret data & highlight potential risks and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and visualization to observe the performance.
• Communicate with internal teams to understand the needs of departments and help to address any
uncertainty and concern.
• Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product
provided.
