Oversees and direct the Store managers and other restaurant staff members and their activities, including Restaurant Sales Buildings, Quality, Cleanliness, Customer Service Standards, budgeting-labor and operations, audits-training, marketing, visitation reports, training and development of all staff, forecasting, and profitability of the assigned restaurants.
Other Operational Duties:
1.Conduct AMVR( Area Managers Visitation Report)
2.Conduct Restaurant Audits, Quality. Cleanliness, Service, Marketing and Training, Inventory
3.Participate in employee performance appraisals
4.Focus on improving Sales, Profits and Market Share.
