Projects:
- MTP (Management Trainee Program): Work on the all the process related to this project, such as ( setting the policies, sourcing & selection, interviewing and evaluating the candidates, Trainees orientation... etc.
- Competency Frame Work (Core & Leadership Competencies): Leading the project and working closely with the Management & the Consultant to design the competencies, the leveling and mapping.
- Review & Publish Company Policies & Procedures
- HR Surveys: design, distribute, analyze and communicate the results with recommendations to the management
- Participating in Best Work Environment
- Employee Family Day
Assessing training needs, diagnosing organizational problem areas, responsible of performance management processing as well as policy and procedures annual review.
In addition to the above, responsible of all training and development activities.
Handling recruitment in addition to other HR functions.
Participatingin the following:
- Development.
- Recruitment.
- HR Operations (Main Responsibility).
- Training for new HR staff.
Responsible of all employees files, vacations, payroll, and other.
Responsible of all the administration related issues for all the company branches (Jeddah, Riyadh, Khobar), handling all other HR actevities.
Secretary for the general manager and have different responsibilities in the HR department.
