• Record patient symptoms, medical information, and changes in condition; make referrals if necessary.

New Hire Orientation
Create and Maintain filing system
Answers Associate’s inquiries and providing them with the right information
Making Letters, Memos
Assists employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures
Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems
Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Director of Human Resource
Makes offer letter to newly hired applicant
Scheduling of applicants for an interview

• Takes patient histories and physical examinations under physician supervision and maintains medical records
• Prepares Medical Report to pre-employment clients
• Performs general care to patients
• Preparing equipment and ensuring examination rooms are clean
• Do inventory and restocking with required supplies and materials
• Ensures that surgical instruments are sterilized
• Assists physician as required during treatment, examination and vaccination
