Hotel Nurse Job Description:
- Monitoring and tracking of sick leave trends
- Replenishing of First Aid Kits
- Liaise with Government Relations Manager regarding Residency Visa, Fingerprint
- Monitors Food Handler Certification
- Coordinating with Administrative Assistants and HR regarding payroll
-Ordering, Inventory of medical supplies
- In-charge of medical insurance/claims of Associates, Managers and Executive Committee members
-Facilitates training regarding health promotion to Associates
Human Resources Job Function
- booking of tickets for New Hires, Leavers and Vacation
- Maintains filing system of Associates
- Inputting of New hires in OASYS system
- Making offer letters to New Hires
- Requesting and cancellation of salary cards, debit card
- Assists in scheduling interview for overseas and local applicants
- Making bank letters, memos, etc.
- Facilitates meeting and taking down the minutes of meeting
- Ensures proper communication within and outside HR department
• Performs Electrocardiogram to patients
• Makes medical reports to pre-employment clients
• Update clients regarding their laboratory & x-ray results
• Notifies clients scheduled for Annual Physical Examination
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Health Clinic
• Maintains health records and documents each patient contact and updating patient profiles
• Checks equipments and supplies; restocking if necessary
• Assists doctors in minor surgeries
• Assists doctors in physical examination if necessary
• Sterilizes surgical instruments as per clinic standards
• Monitor and record patient’s condition
• Conduct inventory of medicines every month
