Job Description:
• Interdepartmental coordination. Liaison with various organizations, placing purchase orders and carrying out procurement process.
• Training and mentoring members of the Technical Department

• Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, recommend and implement corrective solutions.
• Administering and troubleshooting of servers such as database server (Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server database systems) DNS, DHCP, mail server, firewall server, file and printing servers, performing system backups.
• Administering developed local database system
• Generating a program for preventive maintenance.
• Administering and troubleshooting different bank softwares & applications.
• Reviewing and chalking out critical items in maintenance procedure in line with acceptable standards to organization and ensuring smooth flow of the procedures.
• Various inspections and technical services rendered to organization for exploitation of various equipment.
• Liaison with other local and private organizations.
• Other administrative responsibilities and supervision of works.
- Correctly closing the banking day, in system clearing of the bank of Ukraine.
- Interaction with operator of banking system ISBA, controlling the correct downloading data on a local banking systems and gateways implement exchange of information between them.
- Preparing daily reports about last banking day for every department of the bank.
