•Participate in PR-related new business opportunities.
• Represent company at social and business events.

• Arrange visa (work permit, husband sponsored visa, visit visa etc.) for expatriates and their family.
• Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.
• Interpret and enforce administrative/operational policies, practices and procedures.
• Analyze and leads in solving problems of a complex nature.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of duties and to work as a team.
• provide admin support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the company.
ɤ Make sure that the data which they are feeding into the system is valid and correct before they actually proceed.
ɤ Keep a record of the activities or projects which have been already completed earlier.
ɤ Entering important information presented on papers and documents into the main system.
The role is running the radio “network” during the race and communication with all other track marshals as “net control”.
ɤ Responsibilities will include the supervision and briefing of marshals for all daily activities, allocation of day-to-day marshalling duties.
ɤ Provision of marshal vehicles, training of all marshals for incident handling, flag signaling, fire fighting, communications and basic track first aid, and monitoring of health and safety on site to ensure the safety of all guests and personnel.
ɤ Trained in fire fighting, including chemical fires caused by gasoline, oil, nitrous oxide, alcohol etc…
ɤ Trained in first aid, as a first responder (first aid, CPR and heart defibrillator certifications)
ɤ Experience with crowd control, ticket sales, pit crew safety and racing rules of various racing events, including race car equipment inspection.
