Responsibilities: • Ensure the accuracy of each and every aspect of the calculations for tenders.
• Timely arrangement /applying, for the issuance of tender guarantees, and their subsequent extension or amendment.
• Ensure the organization's procedure has been followed and that all necessary internal
authorizations/approvals have been obtained well in time when submitting tenders, quotations and offer
• Ensure the completion of the commercial formalities well in time to achieve the timely submission of all tenders, quotations and offer, thereby no opportunity is missed.
• Ensure to obtain internal approvals for the issuance of the performance guarantee which has to be
presented with other necessary documents at the time of signing the contract when we are awarded the contract.
• Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability including budgetary issues.

• Quick response submission of offers and tenders to clients on time by 52% within 12 months.
• complete essential final formalities related to offers and tenders by 60% within 12 Months.
