• All Civil and Architectural materials delivered to site are to be inspected through
Material Inspection Request (MIR) and Material Storage Inspection (MSI).
• Review of contractor submissions (concrete mix design, asphalt mix design,
prequalification’s, material submittals)
• supervising the site civil work (compaction, road work, concrete work) etc.
• Witness testing and sampling of (soil, concrete, asphalt)
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements
• To check on site if the delivered materials are placed in a proper location
considering that the material will not damage and also to check if the material
on site are the same as per submitted documents and in good condition.
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable
codes and standards as per Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Material Inspection
Request (MIR)
• Supervision of civil/architectural inspection works with civil/architectural QA/QC
site inspector to ensure the client satisfaction.
• Installation progress monitoring and daily report accomplishment be encoded
and keep all data on files for future reference.
• Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.
• Controlling all inspection site activities as per Project Specification and
Standards.
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.

• Assure that safety works are being practice by all personnel working in
construction area. Ensure that required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is
worn at all times.
• Ensure client satisfaction and meeting quality goals complying with set and
standard procedures.
• Supervision of civil/architectural inspection works with civil/architectural QA/QC
site inspector to ensure the client satisfaction.
• Site inspector representative during inspection with the consultant.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable

• Coordination with the site engineer and gives instruction regarding layouts
prior for the civil/structural works.
