•Trained and led over 15 operators in metal forming department.
•Ensure that the associates are producing good high standard parts.
•Check the FPO/LPO parts, create TR and TDV, Create, log & communicate IPP information/tags, figure out the root cause by using 5P (if needed).
•Keep QA team up to date on any changes to processes or things we needed to know.
•Ensuring that all testing is performed to the highest standards.
• Inspects baffles, pipes, and tubes for wear and scaling.
• Performs hourly inspections of equipment under load.
• Replace filter, clean tanks, maintain equipment, and repair pumps.
