Implement, establish and continuously improving health, safety and environmental and quality programs according to the industry standards.
Review company processes to ensure whether they align with the current health, safety and environmental and quality policies
Arranging safety and environmental and quality, GMP trainings according to training needs and training matrix to ensure continues development.
Take action to mitigate the impact and likelihood of health and safety risks by Carrying out risk assessment and considering how risks could be reduced.
Manage and monitoring permit to -work system through choosing authorized persons to issue the permits
Investigating, evaluating and studying Accidents and Incidents to identify the root cause and the preventive & corrective action. Ensure proper implementation of fire safety/fire prevention and regulatory compliance.
Developing and implementing Emergency preparedness and response plan Leading the HSE committee activities & hold a monthly meeting with management to review quality and HSE KPIs and all hot issues
Ensure that the Integrated Management System is operating consistently and effectively to the requirements of ISO 9001/2015 and ISO 45001/2018 &ISO 14001/2015.
Maintain an integrated audit program for Quality, GMP & Safety, and Environment standards to ensure that all processes /activities are regularly audited as per the company's audit plan. Responding to customer audits and information requests including providing letters of guarantee and/or certificates of audit, and assist plant management in translating customer satisfaction survey data into action plans. Leading Pest Control contracting and visits
Developing annual quality & HSE KPIs
Measurement and control the environmental aspects such as (Illumination level, Dust Particulate, Air Quality, Noise Level...etc.)
Main responsibilities and achievements:-
* Develop, implement and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support business operations in
accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001and food safety FSSC 22000 as well
* Develops, facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the
operations team.
* Review internal QHSE policies and practices to ensure they meet company and regulatory requirements
* Provide training and development to ensure competency of QHSE Staff
* Cross verify line parameters, process test results and confirm to the standard.
* Develop, implement and improve system to monitor defects in the line and suggest timely actions taken against it.
* Provide training and development to ensure competency of QHSE Staff
* Actively engage in Sanitation, train and monitor team performance in CIP.
* Support QHSE team members, and engage in active discussion with production and maintenance team to buildconfidence.
* Coordinate with QHSE Manager to achieve Zero accident and Zero defect from Raw Material to finish product.
* Verify water parameters are meeting the set standards; take corrective action immediately if there is any deviation.
* Ensure proper implementation of Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good House Keeping (GHK) is in place.

* Ensure proper implementation of the company SHE systems including GEHSMS and PI standards across all departments,
* Ensure compliance to both company & local governmental Safety regulations
* Ensure that all incidents and injuries are reported and investigate
* Perform regular and irregular site safety inspection
* Perform, review and assist in performing site risk assessments for both current and newly developed jobs onregular
* Perform regular contractor inspection and evaluation for contractors on site
* Develop health and safety work procedures in light of the company safety managementsystems
* Prepare site personal protective equipment matrix and ensure its availability
* Administer all actions tracked on the action tracking system.
* Plan and coordinate annual safety training plan,
* Conduct site safety induction training to all new employees, temporary labors, contractors and third party entering thesite,

* Perform routine analytical on-line testing in compliance with the predetermined sampling plan to ensure that finished
beverage product meets quality standard
* Monitors and records Brix, CO2, Acidity (TA) and net content as required and make proper adjustment as necessary to
ensure product quality within Pepsi specifications,
* Test finished product and final package for quality parameters.
* Analyze and respond to results as needed.
* Initiate root cause analysis with team members to identify and implement corrective action,
* Ensure producing safe products and applying food safety attributes in his area of concern,
* Taking part in startup of new cans line KHS

* Inspecting of glass defects.
* Testing performance as pressure and impact for finish glass products
* calibration of lab equipment,
* reviewing the customers manuals and specifications and AQLs,
* conducting the job change tasks and duties of QC lab,
* reviewing and keeping the QC measurements records,
* Monitor production process and activities safety features that will reduce employee exposure to chemical, physical &
biological work hazards
* inspect facilities, machinery and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazard and to ensure safety regulations
compliance to increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization,
* investigate and report injury accidents occurring to employees contractors
* Conduct site safety induction training to all new employees.

* Receiving raw materials as sucrose sugar, CO2, preforms, plastic closures, labels, chemicals, plastic shrinks, andcrowns.
* Supervise and qualify the analytical Lab for work (instruments calibration and Preventive Maintenance, Preparing chemicals
and standardizing them).
* Using, calibration and preventive maintenance for Instruments like ( Densitometer, Refractometer, UV spectrophotometer,
Carbo QC, PFD, PH meter, Conductivity meter, Turbidity meter, Top load tester, Burst tester, Digitalbalances).
* Water treatment quality check for (R.O water, Soft water, Treated Water, City Water), like, Hardness, Alkalinity, PH,
Conductivity, TDS, Iron, Manganese, Chlorine, Turbidity and SDI.
* Quality assurance for syrup preparation area
* Assuring Performance of CIP for Product Preparation Tanks.
* Quality control analysis for prepared product batches.
* Simple microbiological sampling and testing.
* Making required SOPs for lab activities
