Worked as an Internal Auditor in a newly developed position in the company. The job tasks were to develop an internal auditing department which is responsible for controlling all-over the company's financial and compliance issues to assure that the work is being done as budgeted. The job duties were including:
-Responsible for forwarding and controlling of shifting the financial system of the company from a basic Microsoft Excel system to an ERP - Microsoft Dynamics Axapta system, mission started in May 2010 and successfully completed in June 2011, with a fully dependence of Axapta system in all the company's processes.
-Responsible for financial, operational and functional auditing works.
-To audit and control all financial issues and reports and reporting to the Members of Board.
-Participated in the company's overall quality control working team in order to achieve the ISO Certificates in Production, Management and Financial works, included the development of the performance standards and KPIs.
- Participated (as a committee coordinator) the company’s instructions, which covers all the functions in the company in accordance with the company’s policies and relevant laws.
- Checking up the 7 regional directorates of the company overall the KSA and UAE in financial controlling, accountants performance evaluation, achieving targets and applying of the instructions of every function.
- Visiting and inspecting warehouses for stock counting and safety requirements.
- Developing the estimated budgets of the company (as the budgeting committee leader) including sales forecasts, cash-flow budget and other expected financial statements.
- Periods' reporting for the company's departments about their performance in order to improve the quality of all departments works.
- Working for creating the auditing department.
-Controlling cash collection and customers' payments and monitoring over- due cases.
Wroked as an Administrative Assistant for the project manager of Southern Ghor Irrigation Project ($80M),
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and filing & distributing the correspondences. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
A Bachelors of Commerce from Ain Shams University, Faculty of Commerce. The four years (232 Credit Hours) program included the various studies of: Management, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, Law, Marketing, Banking, Human Resourses, Financial Markets, International Trading.
