Procurement Management
• Spearhead day to day operations of the Purchasing Section in the Material Department for ensuring compliance to organizational policies in day to day business transactions
• Evaluate/ approve purchase requests related to procurement of materials - electrical, plumbing, water treatment, building control, tools, testing instruments, pumps, stationery, paper material (for plotters, printers & photocopiers), office equipment like photocopiers, computers, printers, scanners amongst others

• Classify/code circulated materials at OgerLiban by imitating Saudi Oger material classification &coding system.
• Assess material specifications & prices on the web based on business requirements and to maintain cost effective purchase
Supplier Negotiation & Analysis
• Negotiate vendors / suppliers aligned to organizational requirements. Evaluate supplier performance and efficiencies to streamline operations
• Participate in various exhibitions for maintaining updated knowledge on materials and related suppliers in the market
• Ensure regular follow up with suppliers for maintaining material delivery schedules based on purchase order terms
Administrative Activities
• Manage day to day administrative activities and streamline processes for maintaining seamless operations across all functions of the department
• Coordinate with the purchasing manager in catering to administrative functions and implementing policy decisions
• Prepare / present various status reports for the senior management to enable effective decision making
